Licensing and Permissions
Thank you for your interest in using my photography. The rights to use my work (publishing, displaying, distributing, transmitting, etc.) must be acquired before usage. Please contact me directly.
In an email to annemschmitt1@gmail.com provide the following:
A description of how you wish to publish or otherwise use the image. The more information, the easier it is for me to provide a quote for you quickly.
I'll promptly respond.
Why you should obtain permission.
Obtaining a license to use a photographer's work is required by US Copyright Law except under a few, restricted circumstances. If you wish to legally publish a photographer’s work without the potential issue of infringement, you will need to obtain permission. My photography is copyright-protected.
Thank you again for your interest. I'm always interested in working to fulfill licensee's requests, please reach out if I can be of any help.
